The surfaces are precision-cut and polished to a smooth, lustrous finish, then sealed with a high-quality, food-safe sealant to protect against stains and spills. Edges are thoughtfully detailed. Because each slab is one of a kind, slight variations in veining and hue are a natural hallmark of real stone and add to the exclusive character of your piece.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Made to Order: Each Marbella table is meticulously handcrafted upon order. Please allow 15–20 business days for production, ensuring every piece meets our exacting standards.
Delivery Timeline: Following production, your table will be dispatched and is expected to arrive within 15 business days. We collaborate with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your product's journey to your home.
Returns & Exchanges
- Standard Products: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made tables are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@marbella.bg so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
CARE GUIDE
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your marble or granite table, follow these simple care steps:
- Regular Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and a mild pH‑neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners containing acids (e.g., vinegar, lemon) which can etch the stone.
- Prevent Stains: Use coasters under glasses and placemats beneath hot dishes. Although sealed, natural stone can absorb oils and dyes.
- Sealing: Reapply stone sealant once a year (or sooner in high‑use areas). We recommend a premium penetrating sealer—available through our shop—or your preferred stone-care brand.
- Immediate Spill Response: Blot (don’t wipe) spills immediately with a soft cloth. For oil-based stains, a gentle poultice powder can safely lift residue without scratching.
- Avoid Impact: While granite is highly durable, marble is softer and can chip if struck. Handle heavy objects with care and avoid dragging items across the surface.

How often should I seal my marble table?
We recommend sealing your marble table every 12 months, depending on usage.To determine if resealing is needed, perform the "water test": place a few drops of water on the surface.If the water is absorbed and the area darkens within 10 minutes, it's time to reseal
How long does it take to receive my Marbella table?
Each Marbella table is made to order. Production takes approximately 15–20 business days. Once completed, delivery typically occurs within 15 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order is shipped.
