At Marbella, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted marble and granite products safely and efficiently across Europe. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to shipping and delivery.

1. Production and Lead Time

Once you approve the stone slab for your custom order, production typically takes 15–20 working days. This timeframe ensures that your product is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

2. Shipping Partners and Delivery Areas

We work with trusted transport companies to deliver our products throughout Europe.
Delivery is available to most European countries. If you have any questions about delivery to your location, please contact us at hello@marbelladd.com.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the size of the product.
The exact shipping cost will be provided during checkout or upon request for custom orders.

4. Delivery Terms

Standard delivery is made to the ground floor or curbside of the delivery address.
If you require delivery to a specific floor or room, please contact us in advance to discuss availability, additional arrangements, and any applicable fees.
Please note that our delivery partners may require assistance with larger items, so ensure someone is available to help if needed.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in protective wooden crates to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
The packaging is designed to protect your product during transit, but we still recommend inspecting the item upon delivery.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Important: You must open and inspect the product before the courier leaves.
If you notice any visible damage, cracks, or other issues:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the damage.

  • Contact us immediately at hello@marbelladd.com or call us at +359893220958 within 24 hours.

If you accept the delivery without inspection, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund for any transport-related damage.

7. What to Do in Case of Damage

If damage is identified during inspection:

  • Refuse the delivery and notify the courier.

  • Document the damage with photos.

  • Contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.

We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible, provided the damage is reported in accordance with the terms above.

8. Delivery Timeframes

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has been dispatched.

9. Customs and Duties

For deliveries outside Bulgaria, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, where applicable.
